Registration
As part of the preparations for the Symposium, all participants are required to register for the Symposium.
Registration is separate from the payment of the registration fee. The information collected through the registration form is necessary for the organizers to accurately estimate the number of participants and make the necessary arrangements for the event. Please complete the registration form to help us plan and organize the Symposium effectively.
The registration form is available HERE.
The registration deadline is 18 September 2026.
Registration Fee and Payment Rules
The registration fee is payable by all participants attending the Symposium, regardless of whether they are authors/co-authors of a paper or attend as other participants.
Registration Fee for Papers
For each accepted full paper or abstract to be published in the corresponding Symposium publication, one registration fee of 150 EUR must be paid.
The registration fee includes:
- publication of the accepted full paper or abstract in the corresponding Symposium publication;
- participation in the conference sessions;
- conference materials;
- Welcome Cocktail;
- Gala Dinner;
- refreshments during coffee breaks; and
- organized excursion.
One registration fee can cover only one paper. A separate registration fee is required for each accepted paper.
An exception applies to members of the Programme Committee (PC), Honorary Programme Committee (HPC), and Organizing Committee (OC), who are exempt from the registration fee for participation in the Symposium and for the publication of one paper on which they are an author or co-author.
Registration for Co-authors
If several co-authors of the same paper wish to attend the Symposium, each attending co-author is required to pay a registration fee.
Once one registration fee of 150 EUR has been paid for a particular paper, the other co-authors of that paper are entitled to a 40% discount, making their registration fee 90 EUR per participant.
If an author who has paid the registration fee in their name is subsequently unable to attend, one of the other co-authors of the same paper may use the registration fee already paid and present the paper at the Symposium.
Other Participants
Participants who attend the Symposium but are not authors or co-authors of an accepted paper may also register to attend. They are eligible for a 40% discount, and their registration fee is 90 EUR.
Accompanying Persons
Accompanying persons are individuals who attend the Symposium together with a registered participant but do not participate in the scientific programme and are not registered as Symposium participants.
Accompanying persons are not required to pay a registration fee. However, subject to prior registration, they may participate in selected accompanying activities for an additional fee:
- Gala Dinner – 5,000 RSD (~43 EUR) per person, payable directly to the hotel reception;
- Organized excursion – 1,200 RSD (~10 EUR) per person, payable to the organizers during on-site registration at the Symposium.
The number of accompanying persons should be indicated when registering the participant, so that we can make the necessary arrangements for their participation in the activities listed above.
